Extension of hours - applications which had been deferred for extension of hours of keeping open the Light Horseman, Fulford road, the Victoria Tavern, Heslington road, and the Spotted Cow, Cattle Market to afford accommodation for cattle dealers and drovers during the holding of fortnightly markets were now granted; namely to open at six and close at twelve on the Wednesday preceding and each fair day.
