P.C. Bullard reports that he was call’d into Mr. Phillips at the Paul Pry and rendered every assistance necessary -
Over-written “What had been the matter at the Paul Pry and what time did it occur” and added to the entry was “the landlord was crazy drunk at 12pm”.

P.C. Ringwood reports that Mr Phillips at the Paul Pry in a state of derangement jump’d out of
the window and was secur’d in a neighbors house.

P.C. Rocket reports that Mr Day of Histon was taken off his beat very drunk to the Paul Pry in Portugal Place by a friend of his at 2 ½ o’clock am.

P.S. Watts reports that at 1 o'clock am he saw let out of the Paul Pry Public House, Portugal Place, St. Clements, Three young Lads with the Prostitute Elizia Prime, I went in but saw no
Company nor Beer but cautioned the Landlord David Carsons against allowing his House open for such Characters.
