Re Horatio Yearsley - A meeting of the creditors of Mr Horatio Yearsley, landlord of the Half Moon Hotel, Sherborne, were held at the Mermaid Hotel, Yeovil, on Monday.
The statement of affairs showed liabilities to creditors unsecured, £2400, creditors to be paid in full, £50, and assets, £500.
After a long discussion the creditors resolved to accept a composition of 3 shillings in the pound, payable on the 24th of June.
