Messuage (formerly two messuages) in Silver Lane, now unoccupied, and the
property in D-X131/31/32, and also "all other the hereditaments if any in or
near Silver Lane.... which were in and by the last Will and Testament of the
said James White deceased given and devised to the said Ann Rose and
Elizabeth Ashby..... together with all Houses outhouses edifices buildings
barns stables fasting houses pigstyes sheds yards..." etc., appertaining
thereto

James Hollyman, to be offered for sale by auction at the Bell Inn,
Aylesbury, by Gibbs & Son
Note: This property was not sold at the time, and was eventually conveyed to
William W. Sharp.
26 Novemer 1849:
Joseph Rose, of Aylesbury, gentleman, and Richard Rose, his trustee, with
William Wallis Sharp, of Aylesbury, bricklayer
"Freehold messuage shop outbuildings and yard with the appurtenances situate
in Silver Lane...having an opening into the old Oxford Road late in the
occupation of James Hollyman" - Consideration £300 (i.e. £50 deposit and
remainder to be paid later.)
