My 2nd cousin once removed, Edward John Pass Evans was Licensed Victualler at the Northumberland Arms with his wife Gladys from 1949 until 1964 (Electoral records). He died there in 1964 aged 55 years. His Mother Eliza Mary Evans also died there in 1958. *

In 1908 Edward John Pass Evans was born in the White Horse, Cambridge Road. In 1911 aged 2 years he was with his parents in Three Compasses, Public House, Queen Street, Tottenham, Edmonton. In 1918 aged 10 years living he was with parents at Lady Franklin, 381a Old Ford Road, Bow E3. *

Between 1930 to 1940 Edward John Pass Evans was living with his Mother at the Hand and Flower, 72a Parnell Road, Bow, E 3. His Father Edward John Pass died there in 1929. *
