This is a the White Bear at 18 Albert street until at least 1894. The 1901 census lists it at 20 Albert street, and at the junction with 2 Nottingham road. It is strange that it is named the Victoria at the end of her reign, according to the 1900 directory. The 1911 census also lists this a s the Victoria Hotel.
