Their eldest daughter, Mary Ann was born in Richmond, and is 5 years old, the other children are born here, i.e. Louise Shepprell Lilley, aged 4, Thomas William aged 2; and a general servant, Alice Stonard, aged 15.
On April 20th 1897 Owen Ernest Moore,a Butcher aged 29, marries Ellen Amy Heath, aged 25 at Woking. Her father is Henry Heath, a Hotel keeper. It is probably the Sea Horse in Shalford,
In 1901, Owen E Moore is a Publican and Butcher at the Cricketers, aged 32, born in Yapton, Surrey. His wife is Ellen A Moore, aged 29, born in Shalford, Surrey.
Their daughter Lily is 2 years old, and their son Owen E Moore is 3 months old in April 1901. Lastly, their niece, Alice Moore, aged 18, born in Bramshot is also living here.
In 1903, Owen E Moore is the licensee at the Cricketers, Pirbright which are owned by Friar Brewery Co. It is 180 yards and 1 and a quarter miles from the two closest licensed houses, with one bedroom and stabling for two horses.
In 1911 census at the Cricketers, Pirbright are Owen E Moore, who is listed as a Butcher and Beer House keeper aged 43; along with his wife Ellen Amy Moore, and daughter Lilian Ada Moore who is 12 years old, and their son Owen Edward Moore is aged ten years plus Ernest John Moore, aged 16 months. A relative, Sarah Heath, aged 68 and widowed, born in Romford, Essex is living with them and a servant Mary Boylett, aged 26, born in Woking.
