To the Licensed Victuallers of London, Westminster, and their environs.
Gentlemen,
At an adjourned meeting of the Provisional Committee of the Society for the Relief of Decayed Licensed Victuallers, their wives and widows, held at the Queens Arms, Newgate street, the 24th day of October last.
The Committee beg to leave to acquaint the Licensed Victuallers, that the object of this Institution is to afford the following benefits, viz:
To a Married man, a house, consisting of two rooms, and an annuity of 30 l for life
To a single man or woman, one room, and an annuity of 20 l for life.
The election to be in the body of Subscribers at large.
